This website operates under the fair use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107) for non-commercial, transformative purposes including community building, commentary, and player experience enhancement. Our use does not substitute for or diminish the value of the original game.

  • Embark ID Claims: Your claimed Embark ID (in-game username) and verification screenshots
  • User-Generated Content: Reports you submit about other players, including descriptions, categories, and any uploaded evidence (screenshots/videos)
  • Communications: Any messages or feedback you send to us

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the site
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs

  • Discord: Basic profile information when you authenticate via Discord OAuth

  • Your claimed Embark ID (if verified)
  • Reports you submit (associated with your display name)
  • Your reputation score and achievements

3.2 We Do NOT Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication services
  • Vercel: Website hosting and delivery
  • Discord: OAuth authentication provider

  • Reports: Retained indefinitely to maintain karma history integrity
  • Log Data: Retained for up to 90 days
  • Deleted Accounts: Data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion request, except where retention is required for legal purposes

Note: Some information may persist in public records (e.g., reports you submitted) even after account deletion, as this data is integral to the karma system.

8. Children's Privacy

RaiderKarma is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Our service providers (Supabase, Vercel) may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
